Our practice offers a wide range of payment options. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and offer outsied financing from Capital One and Chase (both no down payment options). For those able to pay in full, we offer substantial discounts.
Dental/Orthodontic Insurance
We will be happy to assist you in processing insurance claims. If you are unaware of your benefits, we will be glad to help if you bring your insurance cards with you to your initial examination visit. Your company may require that a treatment plan be submitted in advance to your carrier for your predetermination (authorization) of benefits.
After the initial examination and diagnosis, our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your orthodontic insurance benefits. As a courtesy, our office will complete and submit your insurance forms to achieve the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled.
